Here the stool is pictured in Charlotte Perriand’s office in Paris with back.

Furthermore, a hand-drawn plan of the stool with backrest. Inscribed Atelier Jean Prouvé.
This plan is available for inspection.
Also the stool is named in “Jean Prouvé Complete Works – Peter Sulzer (vol 3, p. 258)”.
The stool offered here is the example of originally two stools.
The first one was auctioned on Nov 02, 2022 through Philips in London.
