It is controlled via two separate touch dimmers on the light body.
 
The floor lamp was produced by Artemide until 2017 in the colors black and white.

The organic-looking Genesy floor lamp is a statement, an outstanding work by Zaha Hadid that reflects her preference for flowing, curved shapes and futuristic design.
Personally, the floor lamp reminds me of the naturalistic entrance lighting of the Paris Metro by Hector Guimard at the turn of the century.
